Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of custom digital printing we will sometimes get errors.  Errors that are within 5cm of the edge of the fabric or less than 1.5cm round, we class as acceptable. We will always try and check for errors and will never knowingly send you flawed fabric. Please always email or message us with any issues and we will resolve as best we can.

We will accept returns on any faulty fabric that is returned to us within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it eg unwashed. You as the purchaser will need to arrange the return postage at your expense. If the fabric is a printing error, please email us with a picture prior to returning as you may not need to return the fabric to resolve the issue, we will replace the fabric if available, offer an alternative design or refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

To return your product, you should first email sales@butterscotchdesigns.com.au who will provide you an address to return the product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
